口頭発表
自分のラップトップとプロジェクターを接続する場合、HDMI(Type A/Standard), USB-C での接続が可能です。他の端子が必要な場合は別にお持ちいただくか、8月10日までに主催者にご相談ください。発表当日は、各セッションが始まる10分前にスライドのチェックのためにお集まりください。
If you connect your laptop to the projector, HDMI (Type A/Standard) connection is available. If you need other connectors, please bring them yourself or contact the organizers by August 10.
Please gather 10 minutes before your session starts on the day of your presentation to check your slides.
発表時間は20分で質問10分ですが、質問の時間の残り5分になりましたら次の発表者のセットアップを開始するようにお願いします。質問の時間終了と同時に次の発表が始まる時間となっております。
司会者の方は発表時間15分で「残り5分」、18分で「残り2分」、20分で「ストップ」というサインを出して頂くことになっております。
発表後1カ月程度、パワーポイント等の発表スライドを大会ウェブサイトに掲載します。発表後8月29日（金）までにスライドを発表後PDFにして（ cajle.presentation@gmail.com ）までお送りください。ファイル名はプログラムに従って、番号と姓を入れてくださるようお願いいたします。（例：”S1-1_Takei.pdf”）

ポスター印刷と台紙の受け取りについて｜Poster Printing and Backing Board Pick-Up

You are responsible for printing your poster and bringing it to the venue. You can print it at Staples on the UBC campus or at nearby print shops by uploading or bringing your file. More info about UBC Staples: https://stores.staples.ca/bc/vancouver/office-supplies-ca-239.html
▶ 主催側が用意するポスター台紙（厚紙）は、8月18日（月）午後3時から5時の前日受付（アジアンセンター・ラウンジエリア＞）時にお受け取りください。その後、Asian Centre Auditoriumにて、ポスターの貼り付け作業をしていただくことができます。作業が完了したものは実行委員会にて保管いたします。サイズは48×36インチ（三つ折り）です。
ポスター台紙サイズ
▶ Poster backing boards (provided by the organizers) will be available for pick-up during pre-registration at the Asian Centre on Monday, August 18 from 3 to 5 pm. Poster can be attached to the backing board in the Auditorium and the Organizing Committee will store them for the presenters. The size of the backing board is 48×36 inches, trifold.
ポスター設置と発表日時｜Poster Setup and Presentation Date
・ポスターは8月19日（月）午後から設置可能です。設置の詳細は後日お知らせします。
・ポスター発表セッションは8月20日（火）に開催されます。発表者は指定された時間帯にポスターの前で発表をお願いします。
・ポスターは発表日の最後のセッション終了まで展示し、その後15分以内に撤去してください。
・会場に残されたポスターは破棄される可能性がありますのでご注意ください。
・Posters may be mounted starting in the afternoon of Monday, August 19. Details will be announced later.
・The poster presentation session will be held on Tuesday, August 20. Presenters must stand by their poster during the assigned time slot.
・Posters must remain on display until the end of the final session on August 20 and be removed within 15 minutes afterward.
・Posters left behind may be discarded by conference staff.
